In 1996, DoverStaffing, Inc., was created as a customer-driven, comprehensive staffing agency with the goal to deliver exceptional customer service and winning results for the client, the temporary employee candidate and the community. For over 15 years, DoverStaffing worked hard to employ countless Americans affected by shifting business trends. 

Today, Dover has evolved. In addition to DoverStaffing, we now offer DoverSolutions - a full service, multi-platform consultant agency born from our desire to satisfy the diverse needs of our clients. Complete with project management and executive training capabilities, we are committed to providing workforce innovation to remain ahead of inevitable changes within this global economy.
