Sanquinetta Dover has a proven track record of professional experience in staffing, training, and project management as a 30-year industry veteran. A visionary and a leader, she has spent the last 16 years serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of DoverStaffing, DoverSolutions and Dover Training Institute, creating winning workforce solutions. In addition to her human capital management expertise, Sanquinetta leverages her finance background to ensure profitability for all Dover clients.

Sanquinetta’s professional achievements have been noted nationally, regionally, and locally. She was esteemed as one of the Nation’s Top Businesses by DiversityBusiness.com, a multicultural business website, as well as honored with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Regional Director’s Award.

In 2011, DoverStaffing was ranked number two by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing women-owned firms. A graduate of the state of Georgia’s Governor’s Mentor-Protégé Program, DoverStaffing was also recognized as one of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s "SBA 100", acknowledging only 100 companies across America that have created more than 100 jobs. Sanquinetta has been recognized as one of 50 Powerful Minority Women in Business in the Minority Enterprise Advocate (MEA) Magazine, a publication by the Minority Enterprise Executive Council. Her accomplishments have also been distinguished by the Atlanta Business League (ABL), with their "Success Against the Odds" award.

Sanquinetta’s ingenuity in the staffing industry has made her a sought-after thought leader in workforce solutions. Most recently she had the privilege of accompanying Dr. Marvin A. Moss during his December testimony at the Job Clubs Hearing with the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. She was invited because her expertise in mitigating the barriers faced by the long-term unemployed and underemployed. In addition to her professional portfolio, Sanquinetta is deeply involved in giving back to underserved communities.

Having observed a large disparity in access to ongoing supportive training services for individuals who were low-skilled, socioeconomically-challenged, and living in underserved communities, Sanquinetta founded Dover Training Institute (DTI) in 1999. DTI is an organization that serves adults and youth residing in the metro Atlanta area. Officially a 501 (c)(3) organization since 2002, DTI’s goals are to provide underserved populations with exposure to unique and tailored training that empowers them to be personally and professionally successful.

Sanquinetta mentors young girls and women, traveling frequently to speak to young adults about basic business and entrepreneurial skills, professionalism and success principles. She holds an economics degree from the historic Spelman College and is a graduate of the Tuck School of Business. An active member of Cascade United Methodist Church, she is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metro Atlanta Chapter; the Continental Societies, Inc.; the Society of Human Resource Managers; the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and the Atlanta Chapter of WTS, Advancing Women in Transportation.

As the educational consultant and program director for Dover Training Institute, Tiffany specializes in curriculum, program and strategic development. She has developed African-centered and multicultural curricula for independent schools, including The Lovett School and The Galloway School. Additionally, Tiffany has worked with public schools, namely the schools of Entrepreneurship as well as Health Science and Research at the New Schools of Carver in Atlanta as Carver transitioned its large campus into smaller learning communities. Tiffany holds a doctorate in Educational Policy Studies/Social Foundations of Education from Georgia State University. She also holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in African American Studies from Temple University.
